.jpg&nWidth=100) Mark Terrett, Operations Manger - Mark joined Ed Morrow at Financial Planning Consultants in 2000 after a long career in retail management. In 2004 he started working more extensively with the IARFC and assumed a supervisory role in 2006.
Today, as Operations Manager for the IARFC, Mark is responsible for all the administrative tactical efforts to support the strategic goals of the organization.
Mark and his wife Teri have lived in Middletown Ohio for more than 30 years, raised three beautiful daughters, and are anxiously waiting for grandchildren!

 Kathleen Ourant, International Member Service - Kathleen Ourant rejoined the IARFC in July of 2007. Originally, Kathleen was the first Administrative Assistant hired by the organization in 2004 and she worked through 2005. We are fortunate to have her return and take on additional responsibility in the areas of accounting and foreign membership coordination.
She has a rich history of different career positions in retail management, and local staffing companies. Kathleen and her husband James live just south of Middletown.

 Amy Primeau Domestic Member Service -
Amy Primeau, Domestic Member Service- Amy joined the IARFC in October of 2007. Amy spent several years in the Insurance industry and also in retail. She has a B.A. in Communication from Hanover College. Her duties at the IARFC are to assist current members and to increase our membership.
Amy enjoys traveling, especially to NY State to visit her family. She is a sports fanatic, and also enjoys quieter hobbies like knitting, reading, and genealogy. She lives in Middletown with her good friend Eric and their two beagles.

 Jim Lifter , Educational Director - Jim Lifter is the Education Director of the IARFC. He is responsible for the development and presentation of the RFC Education program. Jim was a practicing sales representative and holds an undergraduate degree in business and a Master’s degree in Marketing.

 Wendy M. Kennedy, Register Editor - Wendy provides the layout and design of the IARFC's monthly newsletter, The Register. She also receives and processes copy submitted to her for the IARFC's other publications.
Wendy has provided administrative assistance to the Chairman of the IARFC since it's relocation to Ohio. She has been a full time employee at Financial Planning Consultants since 1998. If you are interested in advertising in The Register don't hesitate to call her at the IARFC offices.

 Barbara Chasteen, Administrative Assistant - Barb handles the preparation and shipping of all RFC certificates for the IARFC. She also processes the orders for association brochures (some of which are locally imprinted and customized for IARFC members) and the packaging and shipment of materials and supplies.
