Directions to FPC

    From the North:

  • Take I-75 South to Exit 36 (about half way between Cincinnati and Dayton).
  • Take State Route 123 West (right)1 mile into the city of Franklin.
  • At third light from I-75, turn left onto State Route 73 West, called Riley Blvd.
  • Proceed through the next three traffic light intersections, 4.6 miles. As you enter Middletown, this road becomes North Verity Parkway.
  • The Financial Planning building is one block past the 3rd stoplight, on the right side of road.  It is a tan brick and block structure with a rear awning.


    • From the South:
  • Take I 75 North to Exit 32 (about half way between Cincinnati and Dayton).
  • Take State Route 122 West 1.7 miles (which will take you into Middletown).
  • First, you will pass Town East Shopping Mall on the right. Thereafter, stay in the right lane.  This road will become Grand Avenue as it enters Middletown.
  • At the fifth traffic light from the expressway, you will reach the older Middletown Shopping Center.  Turn right (North) onto Breiel Blvd. Proceed 2.8 miles until Breiel Blvd. dead ends (at the Miami River) onto North Verity Parkway.
  • Turn left onto Verity Parkway. Proceed about 2.2 miles, through one stoplight, to 2507 North Verity Parkway, the Financial Planning building a tan brick and block structure with a rear awning.


    • From the East:
  • You can take I-70 to the I-275 bypass (Exit 1), which goes in a southeast fashion around Dayton and connects with I 75 South.
  • Take I-75 South to Exit 36 (about half way between Cincinnati and Dayton).
  • Take State Route 123 West (right)1 mile into the city of Franklin.

    • From the West:

  • You can take I-70 East to Dayton and connect with I-75 South and proceed through the city of Dayton. Then follow directions, " From the North."
  • Alternatively, you can exit I-70 just past the Ohio/Indiana State line at Exit #1 taking the exit to State Route 35 into Eaton, Ohio.
  • Pass through downtown Eaton to the 2nd light.
  • Turn Right on State Route 122 to Gratis - Middletown
  • Follow winding road into Gratis.  In Gratis, turn right at second light, staying on Route 122 into Middletown.
  • Proceed about 5 miles, crossing the Miami River, into Middletown.
  • Turn left at the 2nd light onto Main Street.
  • Proceed North on Main to intersection with North Verity Parkway.
  • Turn left on North Verity Parkway and continue past the General Motors Dealer that will be on the right.   You'll see the Financial Planning building on the left, but you must continue to the next intersection.
  • Make a legal U-turn and go back to the Financial Planning Building, a tan brick and block structure with a rear awning.


    • From Hamilton, Ohio:
  • Take State Route 4 North into Middletown, about 12 miles.
  • After passing through downtown you will reach an intersection where Route 4 becomes North Verity Parkway.  After passing the center of town Route 4 goes to the left; Bank One will be on the corner.  However, you should proceed straight to the next traffic light.  You will pass a General Motors Dealer on the left.   You'll see the Financial Planning building on the left, but you must continue to next intersection.
  • Make a legal U-turn and go back to the Financial Planning building, a tan brick and block structure with a rear awning.
