| 1. Ensure all users have closed Practice Builder. |
2. Once the File Download window appears, select the Save option.
Note: If you have high-speed Internet access, you may select Open and continue with Step 5.

| 3. Select Desktop from the Save in drop-down list and click Save. Once the file is downloaded. |
| 4. Go to your Desktop and double-click the TLSUpdate.exe icon. |
| 5. Once the Practice Builder Update window appears, click Update. |
